Sweet Chile Cucumber & Radish Salad

3 cucumbers sliced (3/8 in thick)
10 radishes sliced (into thirds)
1 medium onion thinly sliced
6 green onions diced
1/3 cup of white balsamic vinegar
2/3 cup of sweet Chile sauce
1 tsp salt
2 tsp black pepper

Toss together cucumbers, radishes, green onions and onions in a large bowl. Combine the vinegar, salt, pepper and sweet Chile sauce in a small bowl and pour over cucumber mix.  Stir, cover, and refrigerate until cold. At least one hour.
